Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting the assessment or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Subscription & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.

2. What Kredura is — and is not

Kredura is educational business-preparation software. It helps you understand how prepared your business may be to seek financing and suggests steps to improve.

Kredura is not a lender, broker, credit bureau, or legal, tax, accounting or financial adviser. Kredura readiness scores are educational estimates based on information you provide. They are not credit scores, underwriting decisions or predictions of approval. We do not guarantee any approval, funding amount, rate or outcome. Always confirm requirements directly with lenders and consult qualified professionals.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank login credentials or full credit reports. The Service does not need them.

4. Membership and payment

Kredura Premium Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently $39.99 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes or fees disclosed at checkout). It renews automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Cancellation, failed-payment and refund terms are described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. AI business advisor

The advisor generates responses automatically using artificial intelligence and your own assessment information. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are for general educational purposes only. Do not rely on them as professional advice. Do not enter information you do not want processed to generate responses.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users’ data; probing, scanning or disrupting our systems; reverse engineering; scraping; using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes; or reselling access without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, scoring methods, design and the Kredura name and logo, belongs to Kredura or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service during your membership. You keep ownership of information you submit and grant us permission to use it to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Service may reference or link to third-party organizations and resources. We do not control them, and listing them is not an endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREDURA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN FINANCING.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREDURA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, FINANCING OPPORTUNITIES OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kredura against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and Kredura Technologies LLC consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify members by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
