Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

1. The membership

Kredura Premium Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly at $39.99 USD per month. Applicable sales tax, currency conversion and any transaction fee are shown at checkout before you pay. The membership unlocks your personalized action plan, progress tracking, funding preparation center, resource library and AI business advisor. The personalized readiness assessment and your results are included with the membership and are available only while it is active.

2. Automatic renewal

Your membership starts when your first payment succeeds and renews automatically every month on the same date, charging your saved payment method, until you cancel. You can view invoices and update your payment method on your Membership & billing page.

3. How to cancel

Cancel any time from your Membership & billing page; no phone call is required. Cancellation takes effect immediately: renewals stop and premium features are removed right away. Your account, assessment results and saved history remain, and you can rejoin at any time.

4. Refunds

Because cancellation ends access immediately, membership fees already charged are non-refundable, including for partially used months, except where required by law or where we charged you in error. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.

5. Failed payments

If your first payment fails, membership is not activated. If a renewal payment fails, your account is marked past due and our payment provider retries the charge over several days while access continues. If the payment still cannot be collected, the membership is canceled and premium access ends. Updating your payment method on the billing page lets the outstanding invoice be paid.

6. Price changes

We will notify you in advance of any price change. New prices apply from your next billing period, and you may cancel before then.
