No. Kredura provides educational information, self-assessment tools and preparation resources to help you understand business funding readiness. We are not a lender, broker, credit bureau or financial advisor, and we do not guarantee funding, loan approval or any particular outcome.

We collect the information you give us: your account details, assessment answers, mission progress, messages you send to support, and documents you choose to upload. Our payment processor, Stripe, handles your payment card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

No, never. Kredura does not ask for your SSN, online banking credentials or credit reports, and our tools are designed to block you from entering them. Do not send this information to us through any channel.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate the platform (such as our payment processor and hosting provider), when required by law, or with your direction. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Membership is $39.99 per month, billed automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel. Your price and renewal date are shown before you confirm, and you can review billing history on your billing page at any time.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page — it takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. See our Subscription & Cancellation page for details.

Closing your account cancels your membership immediately, signs you out, and deletes your assessments, mission progress, XP, badges, advisor conversations, support messages and uploaded documents right away. A record of the closure is kept for 90 days, after which the remaining account record is permanently deleted. Encrypted backups and records we must keep by law (such as payment records) may be retained longer, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Email privacy@kredura.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can also delete uploaded documents yourself at any time from the platform, and close your account from the billing page.

Only strictly necessary storage: your sign-in session, a private token that saves your guest assessment progress on your own device, and security preferences. Stripe and Google may set their own cookies during payment or Google sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Kredura Technologies LLC is a limited liability company registered in North Carolina, and our Terms of Service are governed by North Carolina law, subject to legal review. Our registered agent address (for service of process only) is listed on each legal page.
